DTI starts the ICC validation and sticker marking for helmets of motorcycle riders in NCR today (July 20), 8AM TO 5PM in Pasay City (Area 1) - Mezannine floor, Roxas Strip Building, Roxas Boulevard, Corner Arnaiz Avenue; Makati City (Area 2) - Ground Floor, the Atrium, Makati Avenue Corner Paseo de Roxas; Mandaluyong City (Area 3) Hi-way 54 Plaza 986 Stanford Corner Edsa; Valenzuela City (Area 4)- The New City Hall Compound, McArthur Hi-way, Brgy. Karuhatan. Processing and sticker are for FREE!!!
